As a matter of fact, I have 3 women in my household, my mom, my wife and my lovely daughter. At different stages in their lives, they all need different kinds of vitamin supplements for these modern women.

There are different kinds of women that have special health needs at different stages of our lives, that is why all these women need specific vitamin supplement at one stage of their lives and need something completely different at another period.
