Are they hiding some information from us?

What they haven’t told us though is that when we don’t get enough calcium, our bodies literally will absorb calcium from our bones. That is the reason why our bones need calcium, but to be literally snatched away from us. That is frightening.

What is the function of calcium?

This mineral can help our muscles and nerves function properly.  It’s mandatory that we have it.  We don’t get to choose.  When we don’t have enough, and most of us don’t, it will be taken from our bones.  That part is actually the normal process.  It’s what happens next that gets us in trouble.

How do we lose calcium?

Therefore, we could not even afford to skip one day.  If we take some effort, we can consume enough calcium rich foodstuffs but if we don’t do that, we might need to consume the vitamin supplement calcium.

This morning while crossing the road, I saw an elderly lady benting over picking up something from the ground. It is obvious that she is suffering osteoporosis because i saw her fell off the ground. This scene reminds me that we need to drink milk, eat cheese and take the vitamin supplement calcium. 

It makes sense why this poor little old lady looks like that when you realize that our bodies will not reject us.  Our bodies know where to go to get the calcium it needs and that’s exactly what they are robbing our bones.  It’s up to us to put it back.
